Introduction
-
Eduvo School 2.0 is one of the first learning management
systems (LMS) designed specifically for the IB Diploma & Middle
Years program. IB coordinators can save hundreds of hours by using
Eduvo to manage CAS, Extended Essay, and TOK records online. Students
can view IB deadlines, record their CAS hours, and submit their TOK
& Extended essays. Teachers can grade with a true IB gradebook,
include effort grades, and track mock exam scores.

Founder's Message
-
As former IB students, we personally understand the
complexities of the IB program. We took our passion for technology, our
love of the IB, and created Eduvo School 2.0. We hope you like it. Our
objective is to ensure that every IB school has access to the right
technology infrastructure to become a preeminent educational
institution for the 21st century.

CAS Activities
-
Eduvo's web-based CAS records system will save you time
and improve reporting & analytics. IB coordinators can view top
activities, track individual student performance, and communicate with
candidates via private messaging or through forums. Diploma candidates
can discover new CAS activities, record activity details, log hours,
and submit CAS essays online. With CAS groups, coordinators can
showcase notable activities and media resources to future diploma
candidates and parents.

-
External Assessment
-
Create Extended Essay advisor groups, where students can
collaborate with faculty advisors, share documents, and set deadlines.
Students can submit documents online for External Assessment, allowing
IB coordinators to easily track submission, and download them as a
bundled zip file. Students and teachers can showcase model work with
our portfolio system.

-
Staying Organized
-
With an integrated calendar, a notification system, and
to-do list, Eduvo allows users to track their IB deadlines and manage
their schedules effectively. For students, managing time and having the
tools necessary to stay organized are the stepping stones to success.
Being able to track IB due dates easily on a synchronized calendar and
make personal notes, simplifies life greatly for both coordinators,
teachers, and students. With notification reminders, students and their
parents can be notified ahead of key deadlines such as mock exams or
World Literature paper due dates.

-
School-to-Home Communication
-
Greater parental involvement has proven benefits. With
Eduvo, today's busy parents can stay involved in their child's
educational development. Parents can securely access their child's
grades, attendance records, and report cards, while receiving automatic
notifications when a child is absent. Parents can also use Eduvo to:
setup online PTA groups, organize carpools, share parenting tips, and
much more!

-
Join our Global Community of IB Schools
-
With Eduvo, you can build bridges with other local and
global IB schools. Two of our favorite activities include developing
pen pal networks between pairs of language classes and creating flat
classrooms, where students in two different countries collaborate
together on group projects. The IB program aims to create world
citizens with global perspectives, Eduvo facilitates this with greater
interaction, fostering communication and understanding.
