Can I try Eduvo?

Yes, we are currently offering a no-risk 30-day free trial for all schools that sign up. This offer is open to all schools including those without IB-accreditation.


Can you customize the system for me?

Yes, we offer full customization during the setup phase. We understand that each school is unique and we will work actively with your technology team to design a seamless solution that fully meets your needs.


Can you migrate my existing systems?

Yes, we can assist you in fully migrating your existing database or school information system over to Eduvo School 2.0.


Are your prices flat or per-user?

Our prices are flat rates based on the number of student accounts created. Parent, teacher, administrator, and alumnus accounts do not count towards your quota, and we encourage you to invite as many users as you'd like. We are committed to keeping Eduvo as affordable as possible for all schools.


What are the system requirements?

Since Eduvo is a web-based application that is hosted on our servers. All you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled. We would recommend using IE 6, Firefox, Flock, or Safari.


Is there a long-term commitment?

We typically bill schools annually; however, we recommend entering into a long-term contract that fixes pricing terms and enables us to build a long-term partnership with your school.


Are there any upfront or other on-going charges?

We typically charge an upfront setup fee that includes extensive on-site training, migration from existing legacy systems, and customization work. On an on-going basis, if you exceed the storage quota, additional fees will be incurred at the rate of $10 per additional GB of storage per month.


I work for my school district, do you offer district discounts?

Is Eduvo an E-rate funding supported solution?

Yes, hosting expenses are eligible for E-rate reimbursements. We can assist you in the process for applying for E-rate funding. Additionally, if you are a teacher and you pay for the system out of pocket, you may be eligible for a tax credit from the IRS.


How can I pay for Eduvo?

What if I want to cancel?

You are free to cancel at anytime during the trial period. Simply login to your admin account, and go to account settings, and click cancel. As a security pre-caution, we require a letter of cancellation in writing delivered to our registered address or received via fax from your school's fax number, before we remove your data from our system.
