What do I need?

Since Eduvo is a web-based application that is hosted on our servers. All you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled. We would recommend using IE 6, Firefox, Flock, or Safari.


Can I cancel my account anytime?

You are free to cancel at anytime during your 30-day free trial. Simply login to your account, and go to account settings, and click cancel.


Who is behind Eduvo?

Eduvo is a service provided by Faria Systems Inc. We are based in Philadelphia at the University of Pennsylvania. Eduvo was built by a team of dedicated, hard-working programmers, CSS gurus, and former IB alumni from United World College of Southeast Asia.

What language is Eduvo built on?

Eduvo was built on the Ruby on Rails platform. It is proudly W3C compliant.


Where is Eduvo hosted?

Are my files backed up?

Yes, files are backed up every 24 hours onto our RAID storage.


How secure is Eduvo?

Eduvo can be optionally run with SSL giving users 128-bit encryption. The system is entirely password-protected, so public users will not be able to access certain areas. Additionally, we are protected by a shared Cisco Firewall.


Will Eduvo have an API?

Yes, we are working on an API to enable users to actively import and migrate their data from legacy systems including Moodle and Blackboard.
