Configuring Eduvo
By now, you're probably wondering with all these functions, Eduvo must be daunting to manage. Don't worry. We've designed an intuitive and easy to use admin section that enables you to get up and running in minutes with no IT skills required. If you can point and click, you're all set!

1) Here you can specify your school contact details.

2) Your default school domain is YOURSCHOOL.eduvo.com, but if you'd rather use www.YOURSCHOOL.edu that's fine too.

3) School networking enables your school to stay open so that you can be a part of the Eduvo global community or alternatively, you can join a sub-network composed of your local school district or IB Schools.

4) Webmail allows you to easily add a link to your school e-mail in the upper right section above the Search box.




Designs & Themes
Under the design tab, you can upload your school logo, a splash image for your login page, and choose from a range of site designs.

3) All of this text can be easily configured and customized with no knowledge of HTML necessary.




Course Creation & Report Cards
Under the courses tab, you can manage courses by assigning teachers and class periods. With bulk upload, you can create a list in Excel, upload it, and create hundreds of classes instantly.

1) You can view all your courses by term, edit and delete specific courses, and assign teachers & periods.

2) You can add a new semester and filter courses by semester.

3) Our Excel bulk upload allows you to create a list of all your courses in Excel and upload them, instantly adding all of your courses to Eduvo.

4) Generating report cards used to be a headache. Not anymore, with Eduvo you can track final grade submissions by teacher and class, freeze grading once submissions have been received, and automatically send notifications to students and parents once the report cards have been generated.




Manage Users
Easily add, create, suspend, and delete user accounts.

1) You can search for a specific user by name.

2) Suspend users for submitting malcontent or other reasons and delete user accounts. Additionally, as an Administrator, you have full power to view, edit, and remove any profile content for all users.

3) Our Excel bulk upload allows you to create a list of all your users in Excel and upload them, instantly registering them.
